Governor Newsom issued the executive order N-33-20 on March 19, 2020 which directs all residents to immediately heed current state public health directives and stay home in order to flatten the curve of COVID-19 (Coronavirus). Services must stop except as needed to maintain the continuity of operations of essential critical infrastructure sectors as the state public health officer may designate as critical to protect the health and well-being of all Californians.
Under this executive order, a list of “Essential Critical Infrastructure Workers” was issued, including but not limited to, “…workers who support the construction, operation, inspection, and maintenance of construction sites and construction projects––including housing construction.”

Our clients’ safety and engineering projects are our first priority, so our mission is to continue business with editing and finalizing plans while keeping a regular stream of communication with clients. As new information becomes available, we are committed to taking additional precautionary measures.
